Stuck in trenches
Stuck in stuff i cannot tell

I pray for me

I hope to see my family.


Scarce voices of the dead below
Many faces i do not know
Im stuck in Hell.


Lots of things run through my mind
Everything from time to time
Im stuck in hell.


I cant take showers in the WW1 fight
Soldiers come to take over at night
I want to climb into my warm cozy bed
But many things still run to my head.


The cigarettes i left behind
The family and friends i cannot find
Im stuck in hell.


There's about 100 soldiers that are left
But have to come their lonely death
All the soldiers and their tired eyes
Dead bodies always drawn flies.


I try to rest to my best

To keep us up and to the test
I am a dead man on a dead mans chest
Im stuck in hell
I cannot tell.
